Located in suburban Philadelphia, PA, StoneRidge Investment Partners is an emerging and minority-owned, Registered Investment Advisor offering equity and fixed income investment solutions to institutional investors.
After working together since 1990, the equity investment team from Meridian Investment Company, a division of First Union National Bank, founded StoneRidge Investment Partners in 1999.
Nearly 10 years later, in May 2009, Beltraith Capital, LLC, an investor group led by Steven L Sanders, acquired a 55% ownership interest in StoneRidge and subsequently, during 2010, acquired an additional 15% ownership interest in the firm. Beltraith now possesses a 73% ownership interest in the firm.
StoneRidge manages assets for institutional investors including Taft Hartley plans, public funds, corporations, foundations, endowments and health care organizations.
